Complementing the unworldly high-top silhouette with a touch of mysteriousness, the uppers are coated with an animal skin pattern underlaying the DT Max ‘96-inspired, rip mark-esque cages. Hits of white which appear on the wild motif, Swoosh insignias, as well as on the laces, juxtaposes nicely with the solid black base, while an eccentric “Nike Air” branding details the tongue tag. Giving the lifestyle sneakers a sporty aesthetic, VaporMax bubble units dressing the midsoles top off the look of this hybrid model.
The achromatic VaporMax Gliese is expected to hit Nike.com and select stockists very soon. Take a look at the images above and stay tuned for more details on the official drop date.
