Buddy & 03 Greedo Reconnect for 'Office Space'-Themed "Cubicle" Video

Last week, Buddy released the deluxe version of his 2018 album Harlan & Alondra. Notably, the project featured four new records, including a collaboration with Watts superstar 03 Greedo known as “Cubicle.” Now, quickly revisiting the deluxe edition of Harlan & Alondra, Buddy serves up a new visual in support of his “Cubicle” track with 03 Greedo.

“Ten toes to the pavement, let’s get the money / Just made a couple hundred but that ain’t nothing,” Buddy raps. “Yes, I keeps it on me, tell me what you want / I got a zone, I’m peddling, I’m in control of everything / Twelve in the mornin’, think I’m on to somethin’ / I could show you somethin’ but you gon’ owe me one.”

“Bossin’ up and I’m crossin’ up in your crosswalk, we will chalk it up / We ain’t worried ’bout pedestrians, conversation we’ll spark it up,” Greedo adds for his part. “F*ck n***a, don’t talk to us, as ya Backwoods dusted us / Stash weight like a tummy tuck, suit and tie, no cummerbund / I was taught to keep it mafia, most of you n***as won’t ride for ya / Most of your dogs got it out for ya.”

Put together by director @LouieKnows and director of photography @gramsdidit, Buddy and 03 Greedo’s new “Cubicle” video is available for streaming above. Besides “Cubicle,” the deluxe version of Harlan & Alondra also featured two new solo cuts and a collaboration with Dreamville rappers J.I.D. and Bas.

Late last year, Buddy also appeared on Domo Genesis’ Facade Records EP.

Although he’s currently incarcerated, 03 Greedo could be eligible for parole in 2020.
