Toro y Moi Releases Reflective "New House" Video
From the singer’s ‘Outer Peace’ album.
Toro y Moi has recently shared the official music video for “New House,” a mellow and reflective track from his Outer Peace album. During the spot, the singer explores different buildings and locations around town as he contemplates wanting to buy a house and other sporadic thoughts on life.
India Sleem served as director for the video, while Dylan Edwards was the editor and Josh Bohoskey stepped in as the colorist. The visual comes nearly a year after the release of Outer Peace, which was first dropped off in January and closely followed with the surprise mixtape Soul Trash. Toro y Moi recently debuted a short film to go along with the latter, which is meant to be a “vibrating immersive piece” according to the movie’s director, Laneya Billingsley.
