Heralded by skate legend Eric Koston, The BerricsDO A KICKFLIP! series has recruited a variety of famous skaters as hosts, including the inimitable Tony Hawk. Hawk takes on the mantle of Skate Santa Claus for a Christmas edition of DO A KICKFLIP!, doling out gifts for the Californian skaters that take on the challenge.

Hawk is as charming as ever in the over-eight-minute clip, visiting a variety of San Diego skate parks in search of skaters willing to dish out the requisite tricks. Kickflips, pop-shove-its and even a multi-stair cannonball are all delivered with aplomb, as lifelong skaters and young beginners alike perform for free skateboards, hoodies and gear. At the end of the heartwarming clip, Hawk visits a local shelter for homeless women and children to give away the rest of his toys, decks and garments, demonstrating that giving truly is the reason for the season.

Watch Hawk’s entire Skate Santa Claus episode of DO A KICKFLIP! in full above.

Over the summer, Hawk wrapped up The Berrics’ Tony Hawk Week with a new Battle Commander part, which drew in nearly every member of the Hawk clan.
