EA had announced earlier this year that its Sports title NHL 20 will be getting a series of celebrity commentators, and now it seems the first one is just about to join the game.

Breaking the news on Twitter, NHL 20 posted a teaser image of what looks like Snoop Dogg‘s silhouette on a purple, smoked-out background, along with the caption “It’s about to go down, fo’ shizzle.” It won’t be the first time the famous rapper has entered the ice hockey world either. He previously joined as a guest commentator during a Los Angeles Kings game earlier this year, and was featured in a video made by the NHL explaining the rules of ice hockey back in 2018.

There’s currently no official date for when the option of Snoop Dogg as commentator will go live in the game, so fans of NHL 20 should stay tuned for more updates to come.

For more gaming news, the cult classic Starship Troopers is getting an RTS game for PC.
