Louis Vuitton Drops 'League of Legends' Apparel Collaboration
Taking cues from the skins that Nicolas Ghesquière designed for Qiyana and Senna.
With the collaborative trophy revealed last month, Louis Vuitton and League of Legends have finally introduced the entire Nicolas Ghesquière-designed collaborative apparel range. Unsurprisingly, the offering skews towards womenswear, as the capsule is a complement to the Prestige skins that Ghesquière imagined for LoL characters Qiyana and Senna, the latter of which has yet to be officially revealed.
Driving home the collaborative nature of the range is a bespoke Louis Vuitton x League of Legends Monogram pattern that graces a wide array of the brand’s signature bags — including Neverfull, Speedy and the Boite Chapeau Souple — along with sporty apparel. Qiyana herself is printed on short-sleeved T-shirts, while the League of Legends Champion’s special Prestige skin inspires diverse layering pieces, like a metallic silver leather biker jacket and leggings. Meanwhile, genderless items include a lightweight tracksuit emblazoned with LV’s Monogram and pops of blue and silver color in homage to LoL champions. Various complementary accessories round out the offering; these include a reversible belt, branded bucket hat and the thematic Tambour Horizon watch.
