Over the summer, DJ Snake‘s Pardon My French brand partnered with Mizuno to create a special capsule collection inspired by the cultures and landscapes of Africa. Redirecting the focus back to the musical side of his creativity, the 33-year-old producer-DJ is reconnecting with J Balvin for the official remix of their incredibly-successful collaborative single “Loco Contigo.”

Notably, the initial iteration of “Loco Contigo” is billed as one of Spotify’s most-streamed tracks of 2019, with over 374 million streams racked up on that outlet alone. The video for the Tyga-assisted record has also found a great deal of success on YouTube as well: the Colin Tilley-directed clip for “Loco Contigo” currently has over 212 million views on the popular streaming network. Now, for the official remix of “Loco Contigo,” Nicky Jam, Natti Natasha, Darell and Sech are joining the original duo of DJ Snake and J Balvin.

“I remember the first time I dropped a couple of house records, someone threw an Air Force One in my face. So I decided to stop,” DJ Snake explained to Billboard during an interview for a 2018 cover-story, opening up about the origins of his career. “I was like, ‘I want to be able to play everything.’ People were like, ‘You’re crazy. You’re going to lose all your credibility and fans.’ But I wanted to try new things and make my own music. So I became a producer..”

You can check out DJ Snake, J Balvin and Ozuna’s new, official remix of “Loco Contigo” above.

Towards the beginning of this month, J Balvin stepped away from the booth and got behind the boards to help produce Kali Uchis’ recent single “Solita.”
