After months of teasing, the release of Virgil Abloh‘s highly-anticipated MARKERAD IKEA collection is finally upon us. Comprised of 15-pieces, the special range from Swedish furniture giant and the Off-White™ designer is centered around “inexpensive yet fashionable objects” for homes. Virgil created minimalist takes on designs marked by artistic references and subversive elements in line with his creative sensibilities.
Notable homeware items include the “KEEP OFF” Wet Grass Rug, Receipt Rug, 17-piece toolset, four-leg table and “TEMPORARY” Wall Clock. Rounding up the collection are pillow, cushion and quilt textile cover and “SCULPTURE” Frakta Bags in an array of sizes.
