Trippie Redd & DaBaby Collide for 'A Love Letter to You 4' Single "Death"
The high-profile collab also receives a trippy visualizer.
Following up last week’s music video for “Love Me More,” Trippie Redd is serving up another new single in support of his anticipated new studio project A Love Letter to You 4. Titled “Death,” the Ohio superstar’s latest features a guest verse from DaBaby and production by DJ Paul. Further promoting and supporting his latest release, Trippie Redd is also unveiling a tripped-out visualizer for “Death,” which follows him as he maneuvers his way through a variety of strip club antics.
“A person like me, because I’m so melodic, I can go anywhere with my voice,” Trippie Redd shared with us during an August episode of our MIC/LINE podcast. “That’s why it’s just so amazing to do rock, because you could just go anywhere. You could sing anything. I could sing anything.”
“I just have random spurts of wanting to record,” Trippie Redd added, sharing some insight into his creative process. “I record some shit and I always want it to mean something, I always want it to be deep. At the same time, the music is made for your interpretation; it’s not necessarily what I’ve been through … however you interpret the song, is however you interpret the song — it’s you … I freestyle, I don’t write … It’s all about the vibe being right too.”
You can take a look at the visualizer for Trippie Redd and DaBaby’s new, collaborative A Love Letter to You 4 single “Death” above. Trippie Redd’s forthcoming full-length project A Love Letter to You 4 will hit streaming services in the near future.
