See SMG's New Concept Store in Shanghai
In collaboration with Miracle Coffee.
To celebrate its 10th anniversary, SMG is teaming up with Miracle Coffee for a brand new concept store in Shanghai, China. Designed by singer, producer and actor JJ Lin, the store receives a vintage makeover, boasting wood paneling, turquoise-colored surfaces and counters in a retro speckled pattern. Miracle Coffee’s coffee packaging and tumblers sport the same playful pattern.
For the opening of the Shanghai concept store, Miracle Coffee has redesigned its logo, changing it from blue to green and integrating SMG’s signature military-style — an aesthetic inspired by the brand’s name which means “Still Moving Under Gun Fire.” SMG is also dropping a series of limited edition items at the Shanghai concept store, based on the idea of “RESURGENCE.” The collection includes outerwear, T-shirts, hats and accessories; designs incorporate “SMG” branding, the theme of “RESURGENCE” and the Shanghai store opening into a logo-heavy range of oversized silhouettes and statement jewelry.
