New Balance Gives the 997 Sport a Fuzzy, Earth-Toned Update
Featuring green and burgundy colorways.

New Balance has given a textural update to its latest 997 Sport model, delivering the silhouette in two muted and earthy colorways for one of its new releases. The shoe is crafted of fuzzy, tonal paneling along the upper and equipped with the brand’s signature ENCAP Reveal technology to help enhance comfort along the sole.
One of the sneakers is coated in dusky layers of “Slate Green” and “Camo Green,” while brown leather details on the “N” logo and back heel provide subtle contrast. The other edition offers a slightly brighter take, swapping out the green elements for richer swatches in “Classic Burgundy.” Both styles are finished off with a monochromatic lacing system for a streamlined aesthetic.
The 997 Sport is priced at $130 USD and available now from New Balance’s webstore.
