Moses Sumney Announces Double Album 'græ'
Commemorating the news with a new single and video entitled “VIrile.”
Moses Sumney has announced his forthcoming double album, græ. Billed as the successor to 2017’s Aromanticism, græ is described as a “conceptual patchwork about grayness,” with its first installment to be released digitally in February 2020, followed by the second part and the full physical album to release in May 2020, both via Jagjaguwar.
To celebrate the announcement, he’s shared the album’s cover art, tracklist and a visual for the single “Virile.” Helmed by the musician himself — marking his directorial debut — Sumney explains in a statement that “In a post-human world, the last remaining man is caught between Beauty and Brutality’s battle to dominate the earth and his body.”
Take a look at the complete tracklist below and watch the music video for “Virile” above.
Elsewhere in music, Tory Lanez has shared his latest project, Chixtape 5.
