Louis Vuitton Spotlights Virgil Abloh's Graphic-Heavy Pre-SS20 Collection in Latest Campaign
Capturing “the collective energy of today’s youth.”

Virgil Abloh‘s Pre-Spring/Summer 2020 collection for Louis Vuitton has been captured in a new campaign that focuses on “the collective energy of today’s youth.”
Following an official unveiling of the pre-season pieces back in October, the French fashion house now goes into further detail by providing up-close, on-body and styled shots of the eclectic pieces. Notable garments spotlighted in the campaign include Abloh’s recently-revealed “Monogram Legacy” bags, the Studio Jacquard crew neck featuring an anonymous numbered group of people representing Abloh’s design team, the Quilted 3D-Effect Chain sweatshirt and the online-exclusive Persian Jacquard Half-Zip polo.
Models are also seen wearing the pre-season jewelry, notable an LV-emblem ring and matching bangle, as well as a range of Cuban link chains. Color comes in the form of new backpacks and a selection of LV 408 sneakers, while prints appear on the camouflage monogram windbreaker and the hand-spraypainted workwear jacket.
