VFILES & FILA Team Up for Colorful Tennis-Inspired Capsule Collection

VFILES and FILA are teaming up for a new capsule of sportswear-inspired apparel and a range of playful footwear. The latest collection marks the brands’ first collaboration for Greenhouse, Foot Locker’s new incubator that works with designers and creators to develop limited-edition products.
Drawing from tennis aesthetics, the VFILES x FILA apparel selection includes tracksuits, form-fitting dresses, long sleeves, cropped tees and shorts. Signature FILA designs and silhouettes are combined with VFILES’ vibrant pops of color for a range of retro-style looks. Tracksuits sport bold color blocking, while co-branded long sleeves are paired with matching shorts. An interlocking tennis ball graphic ties the collection together.
The footwear options feature four variations of the FILA Tennis 88. Continuing with the collection’s racket sport inspirations, one version of the shoe is informed by a bright green colorway crafted in a fabric resembling a tennis ball. The three additional sneakers boast pink, yellow and blue hues to complement the apparel selection. Embroidered VFILES logos decorate the heels, while a dual-branded logo is found on the tongue. Sock liners accented with the tennis ball motif give the sneakers a custom finish.
