Styles P Drops Second Project of the Year, 'Presence'
And shares a video for “Brand New.”
Styles P is the latest M.C. to represent for hip-hop veterans The Lox as of late. After fellow group member Sheek Louch released Gorillaween, Vol. 2 this Halloween, Styles has now shared his own round of fresh music by way of his latest album, Presence.
Presence — which is outlined as “the state or fact of existing, occurring or being present in a place or thing” on the cover — is out via The Phantom Entertainment LLC/EMPIRE records. It includes 16 tracks that boast Styles’ hard-hitting lyricism and crafty wordplay, with features hailing from Benny the Butcher, Conway, Chris Rivers and more. Styles released his first video off of the album last week, opting to start things off with a visual for the track “Brand New.” Watch it in the clip above or scroll below to stream Presence now.
The album marks the second release from the New York-bred rapper this year. It follows behind his May project, S.P. The GOAT: Ghost Of All Time, which landed in May.
Elsewhere, The Lox’s Jadakiss will soon offer up new music of his own. The artist is set to release his album Ignatius in the coming months. In the meantime, he recently picked up a gig modeling Packer and UBIQ’s exclusive Diadora Maverick OG.
