Pusha-T Remixes HBO's 'Succession' Theme Song
Dubbed, “Puppets (Remix).”
After teasing the track last week, Pusha-T has now released his remix of HBO‘s Succession theme song dubbed “Puppets.”
Teaming up with Succession‘s theme song composer Nicholas Britell, Pusha-T’s glorious two-and-a-half minute track features orchestral swells and Shakespearean scene-setting. “Family, fortune, envy, jealousy, privilege, passed on legacy, secrets, sabotage, borderline felony, suicide, subtract, selfish, pedigree,” King Push can be heard rapping.
The theme song recently garnered Britell an Emmy for Outstanding Original Main Title Theme Music. On the collaboration Britell told, Vulture “There was only one person on the list of people to reach out to. Of course it had to be Pusha. There was no backup, there was no plan B … Pusha’s voice is like a missile!”

Earlier this summer, Pusha-T tapped Lauryn Hill, Kanye West and Mike Dean for “Coming Home.”
