First Day of Verdy Harajuku Day Festival Has Been Cancelled As Typhoon Hagibis Nears (UPDATE)
Featuring collaborations with Takashi Murakami, Nike SB, Awake NY, Human Made and many more.

UPDATE (October 11, 2019): As Typhoon Hagibis approaches Japan, Verdy and his team has decided to cancel all events planned for October 12 of Verdy Harajuku Day due to safety concerns. Plans for the October 13 and 14 are still scheduled but may change based on weather conditions and predictions.

ORIGINAL STORY (September 25, 2019): Following a sold-out Fall 2019 Girls Don’t Cry release, Verdy recently announced the Verdy Harajuku Day festival taking place next month.
Continuing his streetwear domination, the Japanese creative has brought together a whose who of culture from Japan and the United States for the unprecedented event. Notable collaborations included in the long list include exclusive with Takashi Murakami, Nike SB, Awake NY, HUMAN MADE and Beats By Dre. Although not much more has been revealed about the festival, it is rumored that the East and West streetwear gathering will take over a major portion of Tokyo’s bustling Harajuku district in Shibuya, Tokyo.
