LI-NING Drops Technical Furious Rider Ace 1.5 in Fall-Ready Brown Tones
Featuring a heavy mix of rubber, nylon, mesh, leather and suede.
Chinese sportswear label LI-NING has dropped its Furious Rider Ace 1.5 sneaker in “Brown.” The latest sneaker from LI-NING takes inspiration from hiking and features an interwoven mixture of mesh, suede, leather and nylon.
The Furious Rider Ace 1.5 sits atop a compression-molded Phylon sole unit that is carved and segmented to increase stability and support. Its technical nature is matched with a set of durable hiking-style laces, which are locked down towards the vamp with a yellow-accented metal clip.
LI-NING has overlayed the mid-panels with transparent rubber, with the lateral side sporting a muted brown and black design alongside the sneaker’s moniker, which is printed in yellow and red. On the medial side, the shoe sports a red-skied hillside scene with yellow branding undeath the rubber overlay, which is contrasted by the blue and orange foam lining.
Rounding off its bold ’90s-indebted design is a speckled dual-toned midsole, a rubberized branded window on the heel, and an exaggerated eyestay system.
