Ari Lennox Joins BJ The Chicago Kid for New Remix of "Time Today"
The ‘1123’ highlight receives an upgrade.
Back in July, BJ The Chicago Kid released his latest studio album, 1123. The 34-year-old singer-songwriter’s second full-length project for Motown Records contains 13 tracks, including collaborations with Rick Ross, Offset, Anderson .Paak, J.I.D., Buddy, Eric Bellinger and more. Now, continuing to support that LP, BJ The Chicago Kid is teaming up with Dreamville songstress Ari Lennox for the official remix of the 1123 highlight “Time Today.”
“I think its very necessary to reflect; to understand where you are, where you’re going, and make sure your GPS is working,” BJ shared with us during a recent interview for our Conversations With series. “Reflecting helps you understand that your GPS is really, really working — what you need to do to alter it, whatever the case may be. Reflecting is definitely attention to the GPS system of your life.”
