New ‘Birds of Prey’ Trailer Shows Harley Quinn's "Fantabulous Emancipation"
Meet Harley Quinn’s new team.
Warner Bros. Pictures has finally released a new trailer for Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Miss Harley Quinn,) showcasing a newly single Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) meeting a group of women looking to emancipate themselves from a crimelord named Black Mask (Ewan McGregor).
In the footage above, we see Quinn struggle with independence until she meets various women who are all suffering in one way or another because of Black Mask, like Black Canary (Jurnee Smollett-Bell), detective Renee Montoya (Rosie Perez), Cassandra Cain (Ella Jay Basco), Huntress (Mary Elizabeth Winstead), and forms a team similar to the Suicide Squad in order to take him down and save a young girl from his clutches.
