AJ Tracey & Skepta Exchange Bars On New Single & Video "Kiss And Tell"
The long-awaited collab is here.
Fast-rising UK rapper AJ Tracey has teamed with Skepta for a brand new single entitled “Kiss And Tell,” releasing the cut alongside an accompanying lo-fi music video. The long-awaited collaboration follows AJ’s recently released deluxe version of his eponymous debut album, which unloaded a bevy of unreleased material.
Staying true with the drill-focused portrayal both have continued to exhibit, “Kiss And Tell” sees Skepta taking his production talents to the track, promoting a murky foundation for the two to usher out their brawling bars. Lyrically, the two exchange militantly. AJ Tracey goes off with bars like “Had pyrex, had pots, no pans all she ever wanted was a man that’s gang / Your girl gave me top like a Virgil lookbook and I got kicks like a Shaolin clan.” Skepta doesn’t shy away from showing off his lyrical prowess either: “Top boy, never seen a swag like Skeppy’s run up the money we ain’t saving a penny, and we don’t cuff no jezzy’s let the bros have a turn manna’ did that already.”
