Sneakersnstuff Celebrates Nike Employee’s 30th Anniversary With New Capsule
Featuring a friends-and-family Air Force 1.
Swedish footwear specialist Sneakersnstuff has announced a new capsule celebrating Magnus Frykfedt, a Nike Sweden employee celebrating 30 years at the company. Magnus — known as Fryken — has been an important figure to Sneakersnstuff, helping the retailer in its early days and working as the retailer’s first Nike rep.
To mark his important anniversary, Sneakersnstuff designed a capsule inspired by an archive picture of Magnus. The collection features a varsity jacket, hoodie, rugby shirt and tee, all with collegiate-inspired designs and color palettes.
As well as the apparel capsule, Sneakersnstuff also reworked the Nike Air Force 1 for Magnus. The friends-and-family sneaker comes in a colorway inspired by that original picture of Magnus and other Nike employees. The apparel is available from the Sneakersnstuff web store now. Unfortunately, the special-edition Air Force 1 will not be releasing.
