The newest model from Kobe Bryant‘s signature series with Nike returns in a brand new colorway. The latest Kobe A.D. strips down unnecessary materials from its predecessor thanks to a neoprene sock construction that’s joined by added layers of mesh. You’ll find the flexible upper dressed in black on top of a grey midsole with black speckles for a subtle concrete effect. Nike’s signature volt is used on the laces and heel logo with a few added touches of infrared to make the model stand out on court. Lastly, a small amount of purple on the tongue tab closes things out for this forthcoming iteration.

The next Nike Kobe A.D. arrives on January 13 for $160 USD at select Nike Basketball carriers like Sneakersnstuff. Fans of the Swoosh’s basketball division can also check out the Nike Air Fear of God 1 “Light Bone” expected to touch down this month.
