As Moncler‘s boundary pushing 2 MONCLER Genius Project: The Next Chapter begins to pull back the curtain and reveal the first wave of collections, a closer look at the brand’s in-house designed 1952 collection has arrived. Consisting of bold blends of colors and fabrics, as well as inventive, playful takes on the Moncler logo, the collection plays to the strengths of Moncler’s design heritage. Standout pieces include matching, vibrantly colored laqué nylon tracksuits and heavy knits with a deconstructed logo designed by artist Hey Reilly.

Functionality persists, with numerous pockets and layered insulating materials dotted throughout the collection, offering wearers protection from the elements and touching upon the ski wear legacy of Moncler. Take a look through the gallery above to get a better look at the collections, head to Moncler’s web store to pick up your favorite pieces and be sure to read HYPEBEAST’s recent interview with Craig Green about his own 2 MONCLER Genius Project Collection.
