KITH Drops Lookbook for Air Jordan 6 "Infrared" & Apparel Collection
Taking it back to 1991.

KITH takes it back to the year 1991 when Michael Jordan obtained his first NBA championship ring after he defeated the LA Lakers – wearing of course, the Air Jordan 6. The versatility of the lauded model allows the sneakers to be highly functional on court as well as fashionable. KITH now announces the reissue of the OG “Infrared” iteration along with an apparel collection.
Channeling design cues from the initial design, the upcoming Air Jordan 6 Infrared’s black nubuck upper sees hits of bright red on the tongue’s Jumpman motif, midsole and heel strap while a reflective 3M underlay dazzles through the perforated side panels. A stealthy, embroidered Nike Swoosh insignia arrives on the heel (in place of the Jumpman) to round off the retro look of this pair of 6s.
Dropping at the same time as the Air Jordan 6 is a capsule ready-to-wear collection that’s comprised of a vintage nylon windbreaker, basketball shorts, a Gore-tex rain jacket, and fleece hoodie.
The Air Jordan 6 “Infrared” and the apparel collection will be launched on February 1, exclusively at the Kith Manhattan flagship store.
