Diplo Drops "Boom Bye Bye" Video & Introduces New 'Europa' EP
Featuring French star Niska.
Fresh off the recent release of the animated video for LSD and Lil Wayne’s “Genius” remix, Diplo links up with French star Niska for a new single and visual, “Boom Bye Bye.” Notably, the aforementioned record is being released in support of Diplo’s forthcoming Europa EP, which will be “out soon” according to Mad Decent and Diplo’s team. “Boom Bye Bye” stands out as our first preview of Europa‘s sound and creative direction.
“Niska came over late one night in Paris and we played this idea down on a piano loop that I made,” Diplo previously shared with Genius, explaining how “Boom Bye Bye” came to fruition. “I had only been familiar with him because he had every song on the French charts that moment. I was really excited that he came thru and made this crazy idea with me … one year later we finished it.”
