Cautious Clay Opens Up on "Honest Enough" Single

Cautious Clay continues his strong rise with his new single “Honest Enough,” the second single from his forthcoming EP. The Medasin-produced record will tug on your emotions as Clay details the cycle of drama in personal relationships.
“I feel like its easy to be ‘honest enough’ or to not tell the whole truth to someone,” he told HYPEBEAST. “You can skate by knowing good and well that things are not stable. It was cool to work with Medasin on this, I’ve been into his production for a long time”
Clay had a strong 2018, receiving rave reviews for his Blood Type project and his standout single “Cold War” plus had the opportunity to perform original tracks for Tiny Desk on NPR. Currently, Cautious Clay is on tour and performing around the country. “Honest Enough” follows up his previous energetic single “REASONS,” which is written with Hudson Mohawke and Tobias Jesso Jr.
