Nike's React Element 87 Takes a "South Beach" Vacation
A new Miami-friendly colorway.
Nike‘s React Element 87 may be the most essential sneaker of the year. The 87’s sleek silhouette, appreciable blend of understated tech detailing and a red-hot collaboration ensured that the shoe reached must-have status upon release.
For Fall 2018, the trim sneaker has received a Miami-indebted makeover, with imagery of a “South Beach” colorway recently surfacing. An opaque black upper is accented by pink stitching, dull yellow trim and hits of seafoam teal on the greyed-out midsole. Tonal trim & laces are joined complementary Swooshes and a matching heel pull tab, making for a wearable yet visually appealing take on the React Element 87.
Keep an eye on Nike’s site for the official release details, which are expected to emerge later this autumn.
For now, Nike’s preparing to launch the understated React Element 55.
