He might be one of the more reclusive artists in modern pop and R&B, but PartyNextDoor is opening up a bit for a small media campaign in support of his latest studio project P3. Speaking to Rolling Stone and New York Times, PND reveals information about his intentions with the project, speaks on his “celebrity” status and the relationships that placed him in the spotlight and more. Most notably, the OVO crooner tells Rolling Stone that he classifies the P3 sound as “blues” while saying its songs might “steer away the pretty people.” He also opens up about recent trials and tribulations and working with Rihanna.
