Get a Closer Look at the Visionarism x ASICSTIGER HyperGEL Pack For Foot Locker
Dripping in Japanese influences.
After launching in London last week, the new HyperGEL collaboration between ASICSTIGER and creative agency Visionarism has now arrived at Foot Locker stores. With its distinctive, speckled lower design, the monochromatic pack comes in two models, the HyperGEL-LYTE and the HyperGEL-KAN. Taking cues from the brand’s iconic 80s running shoe, the HyperGEL-LYTE incorporates ASICS’ innovative midsole technology, making it super light and comfortable. The HyperGEL-KAN features an external heel counter, providing extra support and cushioning against impact.
To source inspiration for the design of the shoe, Visionarism founders Thierry Tek and Ste Wing travelled around the world, stopping at New York and Tokyo, to examine local culture and traditions.
