XXXTENTACION Reveals the Release Date for His Debut Album, '17'

After turning heads with an unorthodox freestyle during XXL’s Freshman 2017 Cypher, XXXTENTACION has revealed the release date for his debut album 17. Taking to Instagram, the rapper wrote that fans can expect to see his first project on August 25. “It’s my first body of work, first official album release and the first time I’ve put my all into a project,” wrote XXXTENTACION. “I mean it when I say this project is absolutely amazing.”
XXXTENTACION also gave a fair warning for those waiting on 17, saying that understanding the album’s context is important. “If you listen to me to get hype or to not think, don’t buy this album.
