OMEGA Nods to the Old West with Denim-Inspired Railmaster
With a faded indigo strap to match.

OMEGA continues issuing playfully contemporary timepieces, following up the Ultraman-referencing “Speedy Tuesday” with a revamped take on the ‘57 Railmaster. Drawing influence from the style of that era’s blue collar workers, this Railmaster — a workmanlike take on the Seamaster style — wears a vertically-brushed “blue jeans” dial as a nod to the rugged textile most commonly associated with the American west: denim. Another tie-in comes in the form of a brown leather NATO strap covered in matching indigo denim, which can be swapped for a comparitively-subdued stainless steel band. Indexes and hands sport light-grey Super-LumiNova for elevated legibility, a 40mm brushed steel case and OMEGA’s usual anti-magnetic functionality, with this model sporting a Master Chronometer Calibre 880 — over 15 times more resistant than original Railmaster watches.
