KAWS Creates Massive Light Installation for Seoul's LOTTE World Tower
Placing his signature ‘XX’ motif onto the 1,820-foot skyscraper.

KAWS’ giant floating Companion and sculpture in Seoul aren’t the only public artworks on view. The Brooklyn-based artist is now lighting up the South Korean capital’s night sky with a massive new light installation on the LOTTE World Tower — the tallest building in the country. His signature XX motif is placed onto the 1,820-foot structure in unique digitized versions. Conclusively, the artwork was made in collaboration with LOTTE and AllRightsReserved.
