Chinese sportswear label Li-Ning showcased a range of athletic-influenced looks at New York Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2018, which included a series of colorful, chunky running sneakers. A massive sole grants the shoe an imposing silhouette, with contrasting panels breaking up the white base. Various colors appear on each model’s upper, ranging from tonal silver to a range of primary hues, all centering around the butterfly wing-inspired design on the midfoot. Li-Ning branding appears in a bubble towards the rear, where a strap utilizes velcro for an adjustable fit. Complementary rope laces reinforce the sporty motif, with each model boasting a different textile makeup, ranging from breathable mesh to rugged suede
