Grimes Speaks out After Walking off Stage at Barclays Center
“I will explain what happened at Barclays once I can safely and legally do so.”

Grimes has taken to Twitter to speak out about walking off stage during her set at Barclays Center in Brooklyn last night. Supporting Florence + The Machine, the Canadian singer-songwriter abandoned the show after telling the crowd, “We just had a really disturbing thing happen to us today, so sorry if my voice is shaking, it’s just kind of a f*cked day.” Grimes revealed that she cannot “safely and legally” explain what happened, and also criticized people spreading speculation about her mental health. She also confirmed that no other shows on her tour will be affected. Grimes also attempted to clear the negative vibe by announcing that she will appear on the soundtrack for the upcoming Suicide Squad film with a song titled “Medieval Warfare.” Check out the tweets and footage of the incident below.

In the meantime “someone from Reddit” or fan accounts are not credible sources. Speculating about my mental health is not news. Thanks.
