The wait is over. Raf Simons debuts his SS17 Collection in Florence at Pitti Uomo 90
Without question, one of the most highly-anticipated offerings going down at the Pitti Uomo 90 showcase, was from none other than Raf Simons. The acclaimed designer indeed had the streets of Florence buzzing with his SS17 collection. With a troupe of mannequins strategically spattered throughout, those in attendance anxiously waited with bated breath for their first glimpse into the heavily-hyped assemblage. He did not disappoint.
Granted access backstage through these captivating candids, we see creative use of texture play, layering, along with some eclectic accessory applications. Elongated button-downs paired nicely alongside cropped pullovers. Asymmetrical knitwear cleverly blanketed inner-placed graphic tops, while inventive use of leather-drenched driver caps and belts, which, somehow made its away around necks, also found its way into the show.
