What We Know So Far About the Upcoming 'Spider-Man Homecoming' Movie
Martin Starr of ‘Silicon Valley’ and Logan Marshall-Green of ‘Prometheus’ have just joined the cast.

Details for the upcoming Spider-Man series revamp don’t go much further than the movie’s brief coming-of-age storyline that follows a young Peter Parker as he struggles to find a date for his high school homecoming while adjusting to his new powers. Audiences were first introduced to Tom Holland’s new Peter/Spider-Man character in Captain America: Civil War that met great reviews all around. Robert Downey Jr. also reprises his role of Tony Stark/Iron Man, Marisa Tomei plays Aunt May, and Michael Keaton joins as the villain (whom some speculate is the Vulture).
Now, actors Logan Marshall-Green (The O.C., Prometheus) and Martin Starr often known as Gilfoyle on Silicon Valley reportedly join the cast though their prospective roles are still undisclosed, with Marshall-Green speculated to be a villain alongside Keaton. Also in talks to join are Zendaya, Kenneth Choi, Donald Glover aka Childish Gambino, Michael Barbieri and Tony Revolori.
Spider-Man: Homecoming is slated to hit theaters July 7, 2017.
