Curren$y Announces Reebok "Jet Life" Early Release
Dropping ahead of schedule in the rapper’s hometown.
With Curren$y‘s “Jet Life” collaboration with Reebok set for release on May 11, the New Orleans rapper has announced plans for an exclusive early release. The high-top sneaker is set to drop in Curren$y’s home town on May 3, over a week before it arrives at retailers in other locations.
The collaboration is a take on the Reebok Question silhouette, and comes in a predominantly white colorway with “Vital Blue” and “Stem Green” touches. Arguably the stand-out detailing of the sneaker is the special zippered stash pocket inside the tongue. The shoe will also come in a special “Mint Condition” Chevrolet box. Expect the collaboration to drop at New Orleans-based stores such as Sneaker Politics on May 3, before hitting stores worldwide on May 11.
