Kim Jones Teases New NikeLab Collaboration
With a new performance capsule also on the way.
Dior Homme creative director Kim Jones has teased his latest NikeLab collaboration, the designer’s latest joint project with the label. The high-top sneaker is a hybrid of different silhouettes, with a bottom that appears to be taken from an Air Max 360, while the top appears to mix elements from the Vandal and Blazer and an asymmetrical lacing system reminiscent of the Air Footscape NM.
The sneaker comes in a tonal white colorway, with a predominantly mesh upper and Kim Jones branding on the velcro ankle strap and air unit. The sneaker could be part of a wider Kim Jones x NikeLab capsule, which will also include a selection of high-quality performance wear and will be officially unveiled at Dover Street Market London’s Open House event for the launch of Photo London on May 17.
As well as the Kim Jones capsule, the event will also see the launch of a new Stüssy collaboration and an exclusive NOAH capsule.
