Take an Official Look at the Nike Air Skylon 2 "Eggplant"
Return of the ’90s retro colorway.
Continuing its string of retro runner releases, Nike is set to re-release the original “Eggplant” colorway of the Air Skylon 2.
After receiving a teaser from collaborator Sean Wotherspoon, we now have an official look at the ’90s classic returning this summer. An updated iteration of the classic “Eggplant” colorway, the shoe features a white and cream base, accented by a “Blue Lagoon/Grand Purple” gradient scheme and a simple sole construction. While a Nike international logo-printed midsole, Air logo tongue and Swoosh midfoot branding round up the design of the shoe.
Set to release June 2, the Air Skylon 2 “Eggplant” is set to drop at select Nike Sportswear retailers.
