RIMOWA x 'KALEIDOSCOPE' Milan Design Week 2018 Project By Dozie Kanu
Turning RIMOWA aluminum into conceptual furniture.
Following up on RIMOWA‘s showstopping Supreme collaboration, the luxury luggage label joins forces with art magazine and creative studio KALEIDOSCOPE for a Milan Design Week collaboration. Encompassing a variety of creative endeavors, the collaboration taps artist Dozie Kanu for a selection of conceptual furniture. Crafted from “aluminium sheets and components” sourced from actual RIMOWA luggage, the creative process was documented in a short film, and will be accompanied by a photo zine, enclosed in the latest issue of KALEIDOSCOPE, and an installation at Milan’s Spazio Maiocchi.
