Yung Bans Enlists Lil Xan, Lil Yachty, Zaytoven & More for 'Vol. 4' EP
His most star-studded project yet.

Last week, Yung Bans linked up with Lil Yachty for “Different Colors,” a MexikoDro-propelled collaboration that showcased undeniable chemistry; we even included the record in our most recent Best New Music roundup. Now, following the success of tracks like “Off It,” the rising southern artist serves up the sequel to January’s Yung Bans Vol. 3.
Fittingly-titled Vol. 4, Yung Bans’ latest EP is a feature-heavy effort that shines light on the young rapper’s star-studded list of friends for collaborators. Specifically, new age champions Lil Xan, Rejjie Snow, Lil Yachty and JBan$2Turnt. For production, Bans reaches out to Zaytoven, MexikoDro, Brentrambo and Chris Surreal for beats that suit his hazy, floating flow.
“Music isn’t all about lyrics, it’s the sounds,” Bans told us during a recent interview, breaking down his style and approach. “I don’t know how to describe it, I’m just doing me, I’m just living it.”
