King Krule Heads to the Moon for New Live Video
Featuring 8 tracks from ‘The Ooz.’
Following on from the release of last year’s long awaited The Ooz, London-based King Krule (aka Archy Marshall) has revealed a new live video. The 30-minute clip — titled King Krule Live on the Moon – sees the artist fall asleep in his South London home before waking up on the moon, where he plays eight tracks from The Ooz.
The decision to base the live video around the moon comes from Marshall’s continued fascination with space, which was referenced in the title of his debut album (6 Feet Beneath the Moon) and is often discussed in the lyrics featured on his most recent project. You can watch the video directed by Molten Jets above, and head keep an eye on King Krule’s newly launched Ooz De La Lune web site for new videos and merchandise.
As well as releasing this video, King Krule is also set to head out on a North American tour in the near future. If you want to know mroe about the album, check out our interview with the artist from last year.
