Vans Looks Into Its Archives for Spring/Summer 2018 Anaheim Pack
Reissued silhouettes and vintage-inspired colorways.
Vans has revealed its latest Anaheim collection, with a string of silhouettes and colorways taken directly from its archives. The new capsule comes on the back of a string of other releases, including the “Yacht Club” pack, a RAINS collaboration, and a patchwork denim release.
For this collection, Vans has reissued two silhouettes with the Slip-On 47 — a 1980s shoe with a Velcro strap — and the Mid Skool 37 both featuring in the collection. Both of the styles replicate their original releases, but have been upgraded with Vans’ UltraCush sock liners for comfort. These two silhouettes sit alongside traditional Vans styles including the Slip-On and Authentic with all of the sneakers coming in vintage-inspired colorways such as black, burgundy and blue/yellow. The full pack is available now from the Vans web store.
In related news, Vans also has a slipper collaboration with FDMTL.
