Watch Tommy Wiseau Audition for the Joker
With Greg Sestero as Batman.
Last month Tommy Wiseau — of The Room fame — started publicly campaigning for the role of the iconic villain the Joker. With the impending Joker Origins film on its way, the creatives over at Nerdist gave Wiseau a chance to show off his acting skills and what he can bring to this legendary role. Longtime friend and The Room co-star Greg Sestero also makes an appearance, playing the role of Batman.
Todd Phillips’ Joker movie will most likely star Joaquin Phoenix as the Joker. The role has been previously portrayed by Jared Leto, Heath Ledger and Jack Nicholson. See the full audition tape up top and let us know if you would like to see Wiseau play The Clown Prince of Crime.
