Philips Hue Introduces New Outdoor Smart Lights
A futuristic way to brighten your yard.
At the beginning of this year, Philips revealed plans to produce new Philips Hue lights that sync with movies, video games and music. Continuing to add to the popular range, the electronics company has introduced Philips Hue smart lights for outdoor environments.
Specifically, the new Philips Hue outdoor lights were made to bring your “garden, yard and terrace” lighting into the new era. “Wall-mounted luminaries, spotlights and pillar posts” will be available in a wide, expansive range of designs and colorways. The lights are operated through the Hue bridge and app, allowing them to be connected to your entire Hue network. Popular voice assistants like Siri, Alexa and Google Voice can control the products, and other Hue features such as the Home, Away and new Hue Calla option can also be utilized when commanding the outdoor lights.
You can take a look at the new Philips Hue outdoor lights above, and head over to the official Philips website for more information. The “Lily spotlight pack” retails for $279.99 USD; the Calla bollard sells for $129.99 USD; the Hue “white outdoor range” begins at $50 USD.
