An Official Look at Nike's Air Force 1 Low "Taiwan" 2018 Retro
The coveted patent leather AF1s are set for a welcome return.

After popping up last month at the Swoosh’s Makers of the Game event in Los Angeles during NBA All-Star Weekend, Nike‘s 2018 retro of the Air Force 1 Low “Taiwan” has officially surfaced. A followup of sorts to the re-release of the Air Force 1 Low “Hong Kong” (which originally dropped back in 2001), the “Taiwan” drop largely echoes the look of its early-2000s predecessor. Here, the white patent leather shoes’ Swooshes once again come with mismatched gradients — predominately red on the lateral side, blue on the medial — and are complemented by icy outsoles, silvery embroidery at both the heels and base of the tongues, and red tongue branding badges with matching lining and insoles.
While there’s still no word on an official release date, a launch for 2018’s Air Force 1 Low “Taiwan” looks imminent.
