iLoveMakonnen Raps About Everything He Has Been Doing "Since 17"
“I’ve been going so god damn hard since I was 17!”
Following last month’s romantically-charged collaboration with Key!, iLoveMakonnen takes to SoundCloud to unload a new track titled “Since 17.” “THANK YOU MAKONNEN FOR MAKING MUSIC FUN AGAIN!” reads the track’s official description. Just like many Makonnen cuts before it, “Since 17” is a melodic, experimental spin on the contemporary trap-rap sound and filled with references to the street life. “I’ve been selling dope since I been f*cking 17!” the down-south artist croons.
You can stream “Since 17” below. While Makonnen has yet to release a project in several months, he spent the better part of last year collaborating with everyone from Steve Aoki and Rich The Kid to Rome Fortune.
