At the very beginning of the month, Jerry Lorenzo revealed plans for Fear of God’s 2018 footwear campaign. Refocusing on high-end outerwear pieces, Lorenzo and the Fear of God have teamed up with Marvel Studios to bring a cast-only Black Panther jacket to the auction block.

Dubbed the Bespoke Emmanuel Jacket, Marvel Studios and Fear of God’s new joint drop was auctioned off by Charity Buzz at a show that followed New York Fashion Week’s Welcome to Wakanda event. The $1,500 sale benefited Save the Children, a London-based, “non-governmental” charitable entity that supports the rights of children across the world, especially in developing countries. The jacket itself is modeled after Michael B. Jordan’s custom “Killmonger” version, which you can check out below. With its recent success, Black Panther is definitely having an impact far beyond the confines of a movie theater.

Towards the end of last month, Fear of God’s Jerry Lorenzo was featured as the first cover-art for GOAT’s new Greatest magazine.
