The Fantastic Four Are Returning to Marvel Comics
New York’s original superhero team returns.

The first family of Marvel Comics is set to return after its long hiatus in August. The Fantastic Four will make a comeback this summer, their first appearance since the 2015 crossover event Secret Wars. The team’s comic series came to an end during the same year in issue no. 645, around the same time Fox’s live-action adaptation came out in cinemas and bombed horrifically.
Although Johnny Storm and Ben Grimm have returned to the newly-formed Marvel Universe in the wake of Secret Wars, Reed and Sue have been traveling the multiverse alongside their kids, unseen for the last few years. The new book will be written by Dan Slott with art by Sara Pichelli and will see the couple return to Earth to reunite with their teammates.
